Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders ship from Georgia.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (contiguous U.S only).

For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, package weight, and delivery destination.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, package size, destination, and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Please note that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and tracking are handled by the carrier. Whimsy Bubbles cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or be responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@whimsybubbles.com. We're happy to help review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.

Planning for a Special Occasion?

If you're ordering for a birthday, event, holiday, or other special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days in advance to allow adequate time for processing and delivery.
